Cranioleuca henricae/Bolivian Spinetail

The endemic Bolivian Spinetail is uncommon to common in dry to semi-humid, often fairly degraded forest and woodland in the Rio Cotacajes drainage (northwest of the city of Cochabamba). It is most abundant at ca. 2000-2500 m. It is scarce and likely without viable populations in Sorata and the upper La Paz valleys. It is threatened due to habitat loss and small population.
